Scope
This notice applies to customers, business partners, website visitors and applicants using B1's ERP, quality management, digital transformation consultancy and related software services.
Personal Data We Process
Identity and contact details; account and session data; business-process data; support requests; device, log and cookie data; preference and engagement data — only to the extent necessary to deliver the service.
Purposes and Legal Bases
Contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate interests (security, product improvement, fraud prevention) and consent where required. Purposes include service delivery, technical support, billing, security, analytics (where consented) and responding to legal requests.
Transfers and Third Parties
Data may be shared with hosting, analytics, payment and support providers under contractual safeguards and only as necessary. Cross-border transfers follow safeguards required by KVKK.
Retention
Data is retained for as long as required by the processing purpose and applicable statutory retention periods, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
